Al Makhbaza

MC PLUS carried out, as part of the Al Makhbaza project, a large-scale steel structure designed for a product storage warehouse, covering an area of 6,000 m² with a clear height of 12 meters. This height was specifically engineered to optimize storage capacity and facilitate the movement of handling equipment. The load-bearing structure consists of steel portal frames made of rolled sections (types IPE, HEA), designed in accordance with applicable standards to withstand permanent loads, operational loads, and climatic forces, particularly wind.

The building is fitted with metal cladding featuring concealed fixings (hidden screws), ensuring optimal air and water tightness while providing a modern and uniform aesthetic finish. The steel components are treated with anti-corrosion protection (galvanization and/or industrial coating), ensuring excellent durability and enhanced resistance to environmental conditions.

This project demonstrates MC PLUS’s expertise in the design and construction of high-performance industrial warehouses, combining structural robustness, functional optimization of storage spaces, and high-quality finishing in line with professional standards.
